The meeting was called to order by Pres. Jayson I. Escobar at 5:30 P.M. The body proceeded with the items in the agenda.

REPORTS:

1. IPP Michael Noel B. Tolentino reported and evaluated the clubs accomplishments and performance for the Rotary year 2002 2004. As an over all evaluation the club do have a good performance. He also announces that the club has achieved the Most Outstanding Youth Service.
2. Pres. Jayson Escobar, in behalf of Tres. Rockey Royceroy Y. Ladao read the Treasurer report. The club saved Php 225.00 from its fund and which will be added to fund of the next Rotary year of the club.
3. Pres. Jayson I. Escobar discussed his action plan for the Rotary Year 2003 2004. Some changes have been done and some activities were given emphasizes.
4. Arrival of Rtn. Rael Ortiz, guest Rotarian, and clubs youth director.
   • Postponed Rover Scout vigil
   • Proect highlight for the month of July: Children Now 3 which is to be held on July 6, 2003 at Roxas Blvd.
   • Monthly meeting: last Saturday of the month.
   • Highlight for the month of August: Induction and Awarding Ceremony of RAC Pque. East Rover. To be held on August 2 at Splash mountain, Los Baños Laguna. Attire: smart formal, Fee: Php 300.

5. Pres. Jayson Escobar introduces his set of his officer who will help him to achieve the entire plan he made for the club. He also introduces some of the newly recruited members of the club whom shall be inducted on August 2, 2003.
6. He also distributed information sheet for all the clubs member which will due on June 29, and submission of 1½ x 1½ pictures before July 6.  
7. He also discussed the payment of annual dues worth Php 200 of every member. This will serve as clubs initial fund which will be use for its project implementation. He also announces that the club will have its own T shirt and button pins.
8. Rtn. Rael Ortiz gave an inspirational word to all clubs member and gave his assurance for his support as clubs youth director.
